Returns / Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange for items returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please Note: There are NO returns or exchanges on solid gold products or engraved products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our solid gold products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to MARCELLVS. *Note: Returns may be subject to a $10 handling fee.

From design to production, every product is inspected to ensure durability and shine that will withstand everyday wear. However, if any damage or breakage occurs, we offer a 60-day warranty exchange from the date of purchase to take care of your product. Please feel free to contact us at with any questions!

Please note our warranty does not cover any lost items or jewelry that has been handled by third-party jewelers. Only items purchased directly from our website are covered by our warranty. International orders are not eligible for warranty coverage at this time.

Orders / Shipping

We will notify you by the contact method on file with all relevant shipping updates and tracking information once your order has been processed. This typically takes 1-3 days, not including weekends or holidays. If you created an account, you can also track your order through here .

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm PST on weekdays will likely be processed and shipped the following day. Purchases made after 9am PST on a Friday or over the weekend will likely be processed and shipped out the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 3-7 business days for domestic shipments and 4-14 business days for international shipments to be delivered.
